This two-storeyed house is situated at the end of the village of Govedartsi. This peaceful and typical Bulgarian village is located at 60 km from Sofia and at only 15 km from one of the most famous Bulgarian ski resorts Borovets. On the ground floor there are an entrance hall /terracotta tiled/, a kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom, an internal staircase leads to the first floor and the lounge that is situated there, brings to a small terrace and two bedrooms.
The top attic floor is high enough to be converted into a living space, were two additional bedrooms could be fitted. The property is supplied with running water and electricity. In general the house is in very good condition and only needs installation of a heating system in order to be ready for the coming ski season. The longest Bulgarian river Iskar springing from the Rila passes through the village. Govedartsi is a starting point for mountain walks to some of the most beautiful places in the Rila Mountain: the peaks of Maljovitza and Musala, the Seven Rila Lakes and many others. Those keen on mountaineering would really enjoy nature in this region and the hiking tracks that lead to many chalets up in the mountain where one can delight in pure air and amazing beauty. The proximity to the lively ski resort center, together with the secluded location of this house, makes it an ideal place for a great vacation or get-away property.
